Do you need to change your Illinois Medicaid Health Plan?

To change your Illinois Medicaid plan, you can:

  1. Change your health plan one time in the first 90 days1.
  2. Call the State’s Client Enrollment Services at 877.912.8880 or visit their enrollment website2.
  3. Call the Client Enrollment Broker Call Center at 1-877-912-8880 or go online to the Enrollment Portal at www.enrollhfs.illinois.gov to get more information about your HealthChoice Illinois plan choices and to make a plan switch3.
