We’re excited to share with you that the Coalition, in collaboration with Illinois Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) Office of Medicaid Innovation (UofI), is offering a new Medicaid Training Webinar on IMPACT Registration, MCO Universal Roster Credentialing, and prior authorization and billing HFS/FFS Medicaid for ABA Providers.

We are grateful for the over twenty-five engaged providers in the Coalition and the numerous collaborative partners within advocacy groups, healthcare strategists,  government, and local entities, that work with us to make ABA more accessible, and we invite you to join us for this training session.

Any ABA organizations who employ, or are currently hiring, Certified Behavior Analysts with the dual credential of either LCSW or LCP and who intend to provide Medicaid reimbursable ABA treatment services, can attend.

The one-hour session will be offered on February 9th, 10AM CT, and on February 11th,  3PM CT. We do encourage you to respond early to secure availability, as the Webinar’s participation is limited to no more than two participant log ins per organization.

During the Webinar, we’ll be welcoming provider questions and comments, which you’ll be able to send to us via the chat box.  From your input, we’ll be creating an FAQ Document to provide to each of you as a resource addressing the issues most relevant to you, post-training.

To RSVP: If your organization includes practitioners who meet the above-described qualification criteria (LICW/LCP plus BCBA) please reply to mrootconsulting@outlook.com and share the following:

1.       The name of the dual certified practitioner employed by the organization.

2.       The names and emails of the 1 to 2 staff that will be linking into the webinar.

3.       The date and time of the session you will be attending.

As always, our Coalition embraces the work that’s still in front of us to make this benefit more accessible.  We would welcome the opportunity to share the Coalition’s work with you and how you can help us advocate. We encourage you to reach out. We’re here to help.

Please reach out to Marla Root with any questions you may have. 614.565.5765 or mrootconsulting@outlook.com.
